Our organisation is formed by professionals in every area of the company. These teams of professionals, incorporating all the necessary procedures and responsibilities, work everyday to reach the proposed objectives en each yearly plan and provide the best possible product and the best service to all the educational centres that use, or wish to use, some of the material that we produce.
THE DEPARTMENTS
- Editorial. A young dynamic team with proven experience in the educational field deals with the following four areas:
- Editorial Creation
- Multimedia Creation
- Preproduction
- Lay out and Production
- Commercial. The commercial network of Hermes Editora General, S. A., is organised by area to provide the best service to all the educational centres which use the products of one of the Publishing house labels.
- Central delegation
- Catalonian delegation
- The Valencian Community delegation
- Balearic Island delegation
- Canary Island delegation
- Logistics. The objective of this department is to guarantee an efficient distribution of all the products and at the same time a quick, quality service. Each year we incorporate organisational improvements and automatisation procedures to optimize the results of the movements of products from our different warehouses.
- Information technology. Members of this department work hard to provide to the company with the necessary computer systems to implement the various activities of the other departments.
- Administration and finance. The objective of this department is to guarantee a positive economic result that encourages a continual growth of the group through budget control and follow up systems. At the same time this department is in charge of administrative processes that are taken care of with agility and efficiency.
- Human Resources. Each work plan involves the implication of all the members of Hermes Editora General, S. A., These people have an education, a professional preparation and human qualities that help working in a team and the completion of the different yearly projects that are undertaken.
